2. Booking and Payments
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed only after we receive a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount will be specified in your chosen package.
- Payment Terms: Full payment must be completed before the departure date as specified in the package details. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other methods as agreed upon. All transactions are subject to verification and approval.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee as outlined in our refund policy. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure will be subject to higher fees.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed based on our refund policy, which varies according to the time of cancellation and the nature of the services included. No refunds will be provided for services not used or for cancellations made within 7 days of departure.
4. Responsibilities
- Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, such as passports and visas, are valid and meet the requirements for travel.
- Third-Party Services: We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by third parties, including airlines, hotels, or other service providers. Any issues arising from third-party services must be addressed directly with the respective service provider.
- Compliance: You must comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs while traveling. Non-compliance may result in legal consequences and will be your sole responsibility.
5. Changes to Services
- Service Modifications: We reserve the right to make changes to our services and itineraries as necessary. These changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferences.
- Compensation: In case of significant changes to the itinerary or services, we will offer suitable alternatives or compensation as deemed appropriate.
